Product works perfectly for my application, which is to allow the temporary installation of an external propane tank so that I'm not depleting my permanent propane tank installed within the rig. That way, I don't have to drive the rig for refills; instead, I just drive the 7-gallon tank with my jeep to get refilled. The POL connector fits neatly onto my 7-gallon tank and the 1/4" NPT male connector attaches to the propane system of the rig before the regulator via a 1/4" ball valve to close the connection when the 7-gallon tank is removed for refills. I had to use a 1/4" NPT female coupling to attach the hose to the ball valve because the hose was not offered with a 1/4" NPT female connector.

Seems like a good quality hose, Hose itself is made in Canada as I recall, but the ends are stamped on here. I did not want to deal with the cheap imported hoses that may or may not last. This hose goes straight on the bottle so it's under full pressure. I am using it to hookup a large semi-potable gas stovetop and the hose I got it with looked 20+ years old. Time for a new one, I have enough excitement in my life

Well, you get what you pay for and if I was buying for anything other than my 15 year old weed torch, I would have bought the next step up. It’ll serve my purpose well and I’m totally satisfied with the purchase. The shipping was lightning fast and the price was reasonable. the original hose attached directly to the torch handle. I had to purchase a female coupling to make this work.

very quick response. only problem is this hose will not work on the stove i bought it for. i have a mr heater vent free wall heater and it needs a regulator to work which i do not have.stove install instruction said to use a mr heater 12 foot remote installation kit #f273684 for vent free heaters which is a 2 stage regulator w/pol connection ,3/8"mpx3/8mf adaptor
